Application Process

Simply click the "Submit Application" button on our website and fill out the online application form with details about your achievement. Our team will review your submission and get back to you with the next steps, including the evidence and documentation required.

You will typically need to provide video footage of your attempt or achievement, photographs, witness statements from credible individuals, relevant certificates or proof, and any measurement data. The more thorough your documentation, the smoother your verification process will be.

Absolutely. Groups, schools, colleges, clubs, NGOs, and corporate organizations are all welcome to apply. Team records and community achievements are equally celebrated and recognized by Genius Book of Records.

Verification & Certification

The verification process generally takes between 7 to 21 working days after all required documents have been submitted. The timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the record and the completeness of the evidence provided.

Yes. Once your record is verified and officially approved, you will receive an official Genius Book of Records certificate recognizing your achievement. The certificate serves as authentic proof of your world record recognition.

If your application does not meet the required criteria, our team will notify you with the reason. You are welcome to re-apply after addressing the gaps, improving your documentation, or attempting your record again with better preparation.
