Akshara Devalla, D/o Sateesh Devalla (Born on 5th January 2011) from Hyderabad, Telangana, India has achieved an extraordinary milestone in Kuchipudi dance. At just 14 years of age, she became the youngest dancer to perform a full-length 2.5-hour solo ballet of Bhamakalapam. Her presentation featured 11 daruvus, Khandartham, Vachikam, Samvadam, and expressive Abhinayam, capturing the traditional essence of the art form. With support from narrators as Madhavi and Lord Srikrishna, she portrayed Satyabhama with remarkable depth, emotion, and stage presence on 26th July 2024 at Ravindra Bharathi, Hyderabad.
